What does RentRanger AI actually do?
You tell us a city, budget, and preferences. We research realistic apartments in that area — building info, landlord style, fit reasoning, and a tailored opening message you can send to the landlord. We don't list real-time apartments; we generate a hunting guide so you walk in prepared.
How do I start a trial?
Click "Try Free" anywhere on the site. Enter your email — no credit card required to start. After 7 days, you'll be billed $39/month unless you cancel.
How long does each search take?
Under 5 minutes. Most searches complete in 30-60 seconds.
Using RentRanger AI
Are these real apartments?
The buildings, neighborhoods, and price ranges are realistic and based on actual market patterns in the city you searched. We don't have real-time MLS data, so treat the research as a hunting guide. Verify each listing with the landlord directly.
Can I research just one specific building?
Yes. Drop the building name or address into the optional "Specific building" field. We'll research only that one. Useful when you have a tour scheduled and want to walk in prepared.
What cities work?
Every US city. Internationally, results may be less accurate.
How do I download my results?
Currently, results render on screen and you can copy/paste. Export to CSV is coming soon.
