• Account info: email address when you sign up for a trial or subscription
• Payment info: processed entirely by Stripe; we do not see, store, or have access to your card details
• Search queries: the city, budget, preferences, and other details you submit when generating apartment research
• Support communications: messages you send to support@rentrangerai.com

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, dates and times of access
• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system (collected by hosting provider Netlify for security and abuse prevention)
• Cookies: we use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• Provide the apartment research service you request
• Process your subscription, trial, and payments via Stripe
• Respond to support inquiries
• Send service-critical emails (payment receipts, trial-ending notices, password resets)
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access

Data retention

We retain your account data while your subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation, after which it is deleted. Anonymous usage logs are retained for up to 24 months.

If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.
