Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RentRanger AI ("the Service"), operated by YWM Consulting (a sole proprietorship based in Sugar Grove, Illinois, USA). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RentRanger AI is an AI-powered apartment research tool. You provide a city and preferences; the Service generates a ranked list of realistic apartments with building information, landlord style, and outreach messaging.

Important: The Service generates research based on AI analysis of patterns and publicly known information. It does NOT provide real-time MLS or live listing data. Apartments described may or may not be actively available. You are responsible for independently verifying any apartment with its landlord before taking action.

2. Subscription and trial

• Free trial: 7 days, no credit card required to start. After day 7, the subscription begins automatically only if you provided payment information during signup.
• Subscription price: $39 per month, billed monthly in advance. Price subject to change with 30 days notice.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via the Manage subscription link. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your first paid month, email support@rentrangerai.com and we will refund your most recent payment, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first paid subscription period only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its output
• Share your account with other users (one renter per subscription)
• Use the Service to generate spam, harassment, or unsolicited mass communications
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Misrepresent the Service's output as your own real-estate listing data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

Output from RentRanger AI is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. The buildings, addresses, and pricing described may not exist or may differ from current market reality. Always verify with the landlord or property management before signing a lease, paying a deposit, or taking any other irreversible action. The Service is not a substitute for due diligence.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: leasing decisions made based on Service output, financial losses, missed apartments, or disputes with landlords.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate by canceling your subscription.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 14 days before they take effect.
